Bookings canceled with 24 or hours or more notice are refunded in full.
Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours notice are fully charged. This applies to all bookings including those made within 24 hours of the activity.
No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
Those who back out of the activity or make last minute decisions to not participate are not eligible for a refund.
Tours proceed rain or shine except when conditions are hazardous, in which case bookings will be rescheduled.
We regret we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason we urge our guests to purchase Trip Protection when making reservations.
If you purchase Trip Protection you will be able to get a full refund minus the cost of the trip protection and taxes/fees.
